In addition to the 800 berths Marina di Varazze also offers 30 luxury quayside apartments, some of which are still available. All the apartments are sea-facing and were designed and developed by the Turin based architects Roberto Gabetti and Aimaro Isola in collaboration with the Varazze based architect Pietro Venezia. Each of the eight buildings are structured in iroko wood with stone cladding with a style inspired by the Ligurian seaside structures of the early twentieth century. Each apartment is different and was built with exceptional attention to detail and choice of materials. The colour scheme was also carefully chosen to blend in harmoniously with the surrounding lusciously green landscape.
The residential units, each with autonomous climate control, terrace or garden, complete the facilities offered at the port, making Marina di Varazze a place to both live and reside, a debonair structure that makes staying here at the Marina particularly comfortable and relaxing.
Three of the thirteen apartments still available have already been furnished through the partnership with three prestigious interior furnishers: Culti, Berloni and Olivieri. Each decorated as per the ideas proposed by the interior designers of the three firms with completely different contemporary styles to meet with diverse requirements.
Future purchasers arriving at the Marina may view all three of the ready furnished apartments, which are available for sale at a particularly interesting price, or choose to adopt one of the proposed styles as a base for further personalization when purchasing any of the other apartments still available.
